We’re sending anyone (along with a +1 guest) who refers us a
qualified client or who becomes a qualified client themself on
a humanitarian expedition through Roam Humanitarian.
Here are the terms of the referral
program:
The
new client must be referred by October 31, 2023 and must
become a qualified client by December 1, 2023.
To
be a qualified client, the referred client must grow to 10
required seats (remote Srenet team members) by December 31,
2023.
The qualified client must hire for 10
positions who remain at the client for at least three months
(could be including backfills).
Srenet will
provide
a voucher from Roam Humanitarian (“Roam) and airfare for two
people to go on a standard Roam humanitarian trip of their
choice.
The voucher covers all lodging,
accommodations, most meals (excluding a few dinners),
excursions, cultural events, and service projects (see Roam’s
website for details,
https://roamhumanitarian.org/what-is-included/).
The voucher will not cover any other costs of any
kind, including but not limited to costs excluded from Roam’s
standard expedition (e.g., travel insurance, baggage fees,
certain meals, bottled beverages, snacks, gratuities,
souvenirs, COVID-19 testing and other vaccinations, personal
medical expenses). For referrers who live outside the US, any
visa costs and requirements are not covered by Srenet for the
referrer and their guest.
In order to redeem the
voucher, all participants must agree to all of Roam’s forms
and requirements, including but not limited to Roam’s standard
liability waiver.
If a voucher recipient is unable
to redeem their voucher for any reason (including but not
limited to noncompliance with Roam’s health and other
requirements), the voucher must be transferred to a person who
complies with all of Roam’s requirements, or the voucher will
be forfeited without any compensation or other relief to the
voucher recipient.
By participating in this
referral program, Client and all expedition participants agree
that Srenet will not be held liable or responsible for
anything
in regards to the expedition, including but not limited to any
personal injuries, financial or economic losses, or other
injuries, damages, or losses of any kind.
Srenet’s
sole and exclusive responsibility is to provide a voucher for
a standard Roam humanitarian expedition. All other
arrangements and dealings will be handled between the
participant and Roam. Each voucher recipient is solely
responsible for any taxes or tax consequences related to their
participation in this referral program.
Voucher has
no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any item
or service besides a standard Roam
expedition.
Voucher
must be redeemed by December 31, 2024.
